Abantail has implemented an “Ambidextrous Management” pilot project as part of an initiative pioneered by ISEA S. Coop. and Gipuzkoa Regional Government.
In the words of Mikel Orobengoa, the programme coordinator and Managing Director of ISEA, Ambidextrous Management means attending to short-term business demands while also working on those of tomorrow. The aim of the project is to educate Managers in developing a discipline that will ensure their companies’ competitiveness, beginning by acknowledging this need, as “few companies are aware” of the importance of this model.
For Abantail, the Ambidextrous Management experience “is the management model that can evolve our culture”.Abantail´s manager Sonia Ortubai, says in an article published in the online newspaper Noticias de Gipuzkoa.
